What forms of payment do you accept?

During the order process you will be given a chance to choose  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB credit, and Dinners cards. Battery Central charges in Australian dollars only.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Our secure servers protect any personal information you care to share with us, including your name, credit card number and address.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge $4.95 shipping per order regardless of where you live in Australia or the size of your order. 

How will my order be shipped?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries they can deliver anywhere in Australia from the date of dispatch within 2-10 working days.  More Click Here

How do I know that my order was received?
You should receive confirmation of you order by email within 24 hours placing your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted?

When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within one week.

What is your return policy?
Battery Central wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please Note: Refunds will not be given if you change your mind or no longer require the products.

*Freight is not refundable and all products returned as faulty will be tested before a refund is issued.

What kind of warranty do you have for your Batteries?
All our products carry a 12 Month replacement warranty. What does this mean? We won't waste your time repairing your product. We will replace it.
*Excludes damage caused by external forces or misuse.

Are your prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices listed on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST.
